Hi there! I’m Ashleigh, a native of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Although I moved to Pittsburgh in 2016 to obtain my MBA from Duquesne University, I am back home in Myrtle Beach, SC.
After flipping and investing in homes, and running a successful Airbnb business, I soon discovered that Real Estate was my passion. I’m currently a dual licensed agent in Pennsylvania and South Carolina (Both with BHHS companies), where I’m able to assist my clients whether it’s through referral, relocation, or a permanent move.
I feel fortunate to be a part of the #1 real estate company and have a broad range of experience working with people from all walks of life. I pride myself as a “people-person” and my clients benefit from my top-notch negotiation and communication skills, along with my leading-edge technical and research capabilities. I consider myself a social media guru- making sure I share my client relationships, properties, listed and sold, and successes to my past and potential clients. This has helped me reach clients near and far- serving friends and colleagues in Pittsburgh, and serving my family and friends in my hometown, Myrtle Beach. I understand that buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions that one makes in life and takes special care to guide my clients through a smooth process.
I love that Myrtle Beach has a hometown “southern hospitality” feel! On any given weekend you can catch me with my dog, on the beach working out or spending time with friends, and enjoying live music at beachfront restaurants and bars. I love serving the Myrtle Beach area because, as we all know, there’s no place like the one you can call home.
